In the second of this two-part conversation, I'm diving deeper into the transformative conversation with Brandi Bissell, a sexual health coach, exploring how our relationship with sexuality shapes our overall wellbeing.

Building on last week's discussion, we focus on the importance of pleasure—not only in the sexual context but in all aspects of life. Brandi emphasises the need to unlearn harmful beliefs and practices about our bodies and desires, advocating for a journey of self-exploration and self-love that leads to empowerment.
